U.S. Army Soldiers bound for Iraq board a C-130 transport at the 386th Air Expeditionary Wing's undisclosed air base here Aug. 31, 2010. The mission marked the wing's last sortie in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, which officially ended a few hours later. In the past three months alone, the 386th AEW has airlifted more than 74,000 passengers and 1,700 tons of cargo into and out of Iraq aboard C-130s in support of OIF.
