Michael Boera, Commanding General, 438th Air Expeditionary Wing, Combined Air Power Transition Force, finishes his final or "fini" flight in the Afghan Air Forces C-27 Spartan aircraft marking the end of his tour. The "fini" flight is a long standing U.S. Air Force tradition that traces its roots back to the Vietnam War where pilots would commemorate their final combat mission. Boera was greeted with a water and soap shower at the end of his flight by members of CAPTF on the flight line at the AAF base in Kabul on Sep. 1, 2010.(US Navy photo by Mass Communication Specialist 2nd Class David Quillen/ RELEASED).
