Senior Airman Kurtis Ernst, 447th Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron, organizes a storage facility as part of his volunteer efforts for the Good Neighbor Program. The Good Neighbor Program is an initiative designed to provide care packages for the families of Iraqi soldiers stationed in the area and to build stronger relationships between members of the U.S. and Iraqi militaries. Originally started by junior enlisted volunteers from Sather Air Base, Baghdad, the GNP volunteer force has spread to all ranks and services throughout the Victory Base Complex and the Baghdad area.
