The C-27 program continues to move forward, this time on the maintenance side. Five maintenance group crew chiefs completed their pre-flight certification and will now work alongside the Air Corps' contactor team. The training included basic pre-flight inspections and also advanced skills like liquid oxygen servicing and power-on checks. Additionally, the pilot and loadmaster training continues on timeline as the Air Corps awaits two more C-27s later this month.
