The Combat Application Tourniquet™ (CAT) NSN: 6515-01-521-7976 Unit Cost: $27.28 Fielding and Ordering Information AMEDD does not have central funding allocated against the CAT. The CAT is included as a component of the Improved First Aid Kit (IFAK). The CAT is AAC “L” (local purchase) and units are able to purchase CATs via standard Class VIII methods.
