A highly-decorated veteran of the Great Patriotic War (WWII) speaks to the people of Manas Village, Kyrgyzstan, during a Victory Day ceremony May 9, 2010. U.S. Air Force Col. Blaine Holt, the director of the Transit Center (center), also attended the event, which was hosted by the Mayor of Manas, Mr. Beshimbaev Kabylbek.
