SOUTHWEST ASIA -- U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Colin Orr, 386th Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron fuels distribution operator explains the in and outs of the base fuel trucks during an Open House March 21, 2010 hosted by the Fuels Management Flight here at an air base in Southwest Asia. In a given day, fuels distribution operators conduct between 40-50 refueling runs. During the open house, members of the 386th Air Expeditionary Wing ventured down to the flight line side of the base, known as “The Quarry”, to learn about the fuels process from start to finish.
