Senior Airman Eric Hurtado, 376th Expeditionary Contracting Squadron (CONS) speaks with a civilian contractor at one of the construction sites in the 376th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron complex. While deployed to the Transit Center Senior Airman Hurtado is the business representative, programs flight, 376th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron. When there is a construction requirement, he is responsible for soliciting and awarding contracts. He also procures vital commodities for every organization on The Transit Center from maintenance to security forces. Airman Hurtado is deployed here from 319th CONS, Grand Forks, N.D.
