BAGRAM AIR BASE, Afghanistan -- Col. Atamamo Kohdamani, Parwan Provincial Prison warden, explains through an interpreter to (left) Tech. Sgt. Francis Warren and Tech. Sgt. Buffie Verhagen, both members of the Bagram Provincial Reconstruction Team, the prison grounds in the Charikar District of Afghanistan as one of his officials looks on.
