JOINT BASE BALAD, Iraq -- Capt. Fredrick Santillan, 332nd Expeditionary Medical Group registered nurse, teaches airway techniques to Iraqi nurses and nursing students Dec. 9, 2009, as part of the Iraqi Nursing Partnership Program held monthly at the Air Force Theater Hospital.
