PAKTYA PROVINICE, Afghanistan - Captain Tess Marcial, Logistics and Patient Administrator deployed from the 10th Medical Group, U.S. Air Force Academy hands a toy animal and candies to an Afghan child. The child was visiting the 203rd Corps Paktya Regional Military Hospital Dec. 14 as a patient to the Women's and Children's Clinic. The program initiated Dec. 7.
