NANGARHAR PROVINCE, Afghanistan - Village elders from the Nangarhar province discuss the needs of their villages during a meeting with members of the Nangarhar Provincial Reconstruction Team, Nov. 7 2007. The Nangarhar PRT is a joint team of Airman, Soldiers, and representatives from the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Agency for International Development and the U.S. Department of Agriculture responsible for helping the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan improve security, governance and promote reconstruction in Nangarhar Province.
