KUNAR PROVINCE, Afghanistan -- Del Moad, Corrections System Support Program team leader, discusses prison security operations and construction requirements with Kunar Provincial Reconstruction Team leaders and engineers during a site visit to the Kunar Prison construction site. Correctional experts and PRT leaders and engineers visited the prison construction site to conduct a quality assurance check and address potential security concerns. The site visit was coordinated with Task Force Mountain Warrior's rule of law office to enhance the cooperation and understanding between the host nation, the U.S. military and other agencies involved in the development and governance of Afghanistan.
