SOUTHWEST ASIA -- Senior Airman Brenden Green, 386th Expeditionary Medical Group aerospace service technician, wheels a patient into the 386th Contingency Aeromedical Staging Facility. As medical technician, Airman Green's duties consist of providing ambulance services for the base, administering vaccinations and screening and evaluating patients before they are seen by a doctor. The 386th CASF is one of only two staging facilities in the Southwest Asia area of operations. When patients arrive, 386th Expeditionary Medical Group members evaluate and stabilize them before they are transported for further treatment.
