FORWARD OPERATING BASE CEDAR, Iraq -- U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Jonathan Quast, explosive ordinance disposal (EOD) technician, 407th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron, gives Iraqi Police EOD technicians their EOD patches upon completion of several hours of training conducted by the Air Force EOD members here, Nov. 4, 2009. The training was a part of a six week course offered to the Iraqi Police to better help them understand the technicalities of EOD that would further aid in the transition of troops scheduled to withdraw from Iraq in 2011. Sergeant Quast is deployed here from McDill Air Force Base, Fla. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Tony R. Ritter)
