BAGRAM AIRFIELD, Afghanistan -- Staff Sgt. Troy Jorgenson, an engineering assistant from the 455th Expeditionary Civil Engineering Squadron, uses a router to cut the edges of plywood to make picture frames for the wing headquarters building Oct. 29, 2009. The 455th ECES is responsible for building anything from frames to offices for the Air Force personnel on Bagram Airfield.
