BAGRAM AIRFIELD, Afghanistan -- Staff Sgt. Nicholas McCarthy (center) gives directions to Staff Sgt. Jeff Crowder (left forklift) and Staff Sgt. Sergeants McCarthy, Crowder and Miller are from the 455th Expeditionary Civil Engineering Squadron. Sergeant Crowder, a Lincoln, Ark. native, is deployed from the Arkansas Air National Guard, 188th Fighter Wing.
