Col. Roger Thrasher, 376th Expeditionary Mission Group Support Commander, stands on the corner of Losano Blvd. The street was named after A1C Raymond Losano, a native of Del Rio, Texas, who was killed in Afghanistan during Operation ENDURING FREEDOM.
