BAGRAM AIRFIELD, Afghanistan -- A C-130 Hercules, deployed from Alaska's 176th Airlift Wing in Anchorage, Alaska, shuts down after completing a mission in support of Operation Enduring Freedom here, Sept. 21, 2009. The C-130's maintain a vital role in the overall mission by transporting anything from cargo to personnel and airdropping supplies to Afghan villagers or Coalition forces.
