Airmen celebrate Air Force's birthday in AOR

CAMP VICTORY, Iraq -- Airman 1st Class Liana Taylor (right), 447th Expeditionary Force Support Squadron services technician, helps Lt. Gen. Mike Hostage, U.S. Air Forces Central Command commander, cut the Air Force birthday cake at Al Faw Palace here Sept. 18, 2009. As is tradition, the highest and lowest ranking Airmen in attendance have the privilege of cutting the cake. More than 200 servicemembers attended the ceremony celebrating the Air Force's 62nd birthday where Maj. Gen. Joseph Reynes Jr., Air Component Coordination Element director, served as the keynote speaker for the evening.
