BAGRAM AIRFIELD, Afghanistan -- Afghan workers move rocks by hand across several acres in order to finish up foundation work for a re-locatable building project, here, Sept. 12, 2009. The project is taking place near the old Russian air traffic control tower, known as the 'Crow's Nest' in the Air Force's Camp Cunningham. The RLB's are being built to get Airmen out of temporary-expeditionary housing and into safer housing. Currently, Airmen live in a mixture of RLBs, wooden B-huts and tents here.
