Airmen reign, shine over weather operations in Iraq

CAMP VICTORY, Iraq -- Air Force Senior Airman Daniel Jamison (left), weather system support cadre technician, and Air Force Tech. Sgt. Terry Hutton (back right), weather system support cadre team lead, assigned to the Combined Air and Space Operations Center in Southwest Asia, show Iraqi air force lieutenants how to properly position the solar panel on a TMQ-53 tactical meteorological observation system here Aug. 16, 2009. Army Spc. Lina Ramadan (right), Arabic interpreter for the Iraq Training and Advisory Mission-Air Force, looks on and interprets the Airmen’s instructions. This system will enable the Iraqis to provide current weather data to leadership in support of their missions throughout the country. Sergeant Hutton is deployed from Hurlburt Field, Fla., and is a native of Enid, Okla. Airman Jamison is also deployed from Hurlburt Field and hails from Troy, Mich.
