Manas Air Base Village Partnership Organization builds bonds with local communities

Arnold Holcomb, a former commander of the 376th EMSG. Ms. Bolotnikova is the principle of a private kindergarten in a local community around Manas Air Base. Chief Piva, Chief Williams and Colonel McHugh are members of the Village Partnership Organization.
