Firefighters from the Manas International Airport and 376 Air Expeditionary Wing were recognized for their outstanding efforts in responding to the KC-135 and TU-154 aircraft incident in September. The quick response and team effort of both fire departments quickly extinguished the blaze preventing further damage to the KC-135 and crew. Col.
