Master Sgt. Edward Mercado goes through mobility folders to ensure accuracy of personnel documents in the Personnel Support of Contingency Operations office at Manas Air Base, Kyrgyzstan. Sergeant Mercado is the non-commissioned officer in charge of the Satellite Personnel Accountability team that works with the PERSCO office to ensure accountability of Air Force personnel transiting through Manas who will serve in Afghanistan with the U.S. Army in Joint Expeditionary Tasking billets.
