The Panjshir Provincial Reconstruction Team conducted a cooperative Medical Civic Action Program, or MEDCAP, at the Paryan Basic Health Clinic Oct. 28 at the invitation of Provincial Health Director Dr. Ghellani Saadat and with the assistance of the clinic's staff. A three station patient processing model was used to treat patients and to administer prescriptions. Air Force Senior Airman Conan Broyles, Panjshir PRT medic, ran the pharmacy station along with a staff member from the health clinic. (U.S. Air Force photo\Tech. Sgt. John Cumper).
