Puerto Rico Air National Guardsmen Master Sgt. J.P. Ortiz and Senior Master Sgt. Carlos Sepulveda unload supplies from their C-130 Hercules at Chaklala Air Force Base, Islamabad, Pakistan. Since October 3, Air Force C-130 Hercules aircraft, assigned to the 455th Air Expeditionary Wing, Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan, and a trio of Army CH-47 Chinook helicopters began delivering rebuilding materials to the people who live in the north eastern part of the country, which was ravaged by a 7.6 earthquake last year. The C-130 is from the Puerto Rico Air National Guard's 156th Airlift Wing. (U.S. Air Force photo/Senior Airman J.G. Buzanowski)
