Staff Sgt. Josh Newman, Satellite Systems Specialist, Nangarhar Provincial Reconstruction Team, performs routine maintenance on a Mine Resistant Ambush Protected Vehicle May 30, 2009, at Forward Operating Base Fenley-Shields, Afghanistan. The PRT is responsible for development and reconstruction projects in Nangarhar Province. The projects are built by local contractors and are designed to improve the livelihood of the people living in the area.
