SOUTHWEST ASIA -- Staff Sgt. Brian Dube, 386th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron explosive ordnance disposal, uses a caliper to measure the diameter of a simulated unexploded ordnance for positive identification purposes during training at an air base in Southwest Asia, May 27. Once the UXO is measured, the caliper is then removed and the distance is read by measuring between the tips with a measuring tool, such as a ruler.
