Country music singer, Toby Keith, makes his appearance to more than 1,000 service members during his United Service Organizations tour at Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan April 27. The USO was founded in Times Square, New York in 1941 in response to a request from President Franklin D. Roosevelt to provide morale and recreation services to uniformed military personnel.
