Tech. Sgt. Duwayne Foster, 379th Expeditionary Medical Group NCO in charge of public health, takes the temperature of food about to be served to ensure it is heated to the proper temperature during the monthly dining facility inspection, Apr. 18, 2009, at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia. The Public Health office inspects the dining facilities, checks personnel medical records, and provides medical intelligence for forward deployers. Sergeant Foster hails from Mobile, Ala. and is deployed from Keesler Air Force Base, Miss. in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom and Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa.
