OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM (AFPN) -- From left to right, 1st Lt. Julie Ayres and Capts. Mary Melfi and Tally Parham walk down the flightline at a forward-deployed air base in the Middle East on May 3. The three officers are assigned to the 379th Air Expeditionary Wing and flew combat missions during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
