Holloman large-structure team builds living quarters for Afghanistan transients

Senior Airman Brian Luft secures a tirfor cable with a light cluster to the roof of a 4,000 square-foot dome shelter that is being constructed at Manas Air Base, Kyrgyzstan, April 1. The structure is being erected in preparation for the increased number of coalition personnel transiting through Manas to and from Afghanistan. Airman Luft is assigned to a nine-person Basic Expeditionary Airfield Resources team deployed to Southwest Asia that has been travelling across the area of responsibility to countries such as Iraq, Kuwait and Afghanistan erecting these large structures.
