Staff Sgt. Jill Safken makes observations of the current weather in order to prepare her daily weather forecast mission brief at Manas Air Base, Kyrgyzstan, March 19. The briefing is provided to pilots flying sorties to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
