Airman 1st Class Ryan Schmutzler and Airman 1st Class Frank Payton, both Zone Utilities Journeymen with the 379th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron, drag a fire hydrant out of the way to repair a broken water line here, Mar. 18, 2009, in an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia. The Zone Utilities shop handles all water and plumbing issues in the housing areas around the base.
