PANJSHIR PROVINCE, Afghanistan - Senior Airman Smette Pompfilius, Panjshir Provincial Reconstruction Team vehicle maintenance mechanic, loads rice onto a truck for delivery to 320 local Afghan families who live in the remote village of Dara.
