SOUTHWEST ASIA -- Soldiers fill up the seats of a U.S. Air Force C-130 Hercules during a combat sortie that is transported them into Iraq April 21, 2008, from an air base in the Persian Gulf Region. The Air Force recently surpassed more than one million sorties flown by Air Force aircraft in the Global War on Terror since Sept. 11, 2001.
