Staff Sgt. Gabriel Lira loads up lighting fixtures Feb. 29 from the old Air Force Theater Hospital emergency room at Balad Air Base, Iraq. The parts will be shipped to the National Museum of Health and Medicine in Washington. The tent is slated for exhibition because it is known, by the medical community, as the place where the most American blood was spilled since the Vietnam War.
