Cementing Balad, Anaconda hospital in history

BALAD AIR BASE, Iraq -- Tech. Sgt. Freddie Kirkwood, 332nd Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron heavy repair operator and technician, begins sawing the edges of Bay II from the old hospital site here, Feb. 29. The engineers were able to successfully remove the section of concrete without any damage, maintaining the historical significance.
