SOUTHWEST ASIA -- Airman 1st Class Robert Ortegon from the 380th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron safety wires a TF33 bleed valve actuator on engine two of an E-3 Sentry here. The bleed valve actuator is used to dump excess air overboard when the engine decelerates rapidly.
