SOUTHWEST ASIA -- Airman 1st Class Delvon Newbill and Mr. Bobby Bezinque, 386th Expeditionary Communication Squadron Cable and Antenna Maintenance technicians, secure a Radio Over Internet Protocol (ROIP) antenna prior to hoisting it up a communications tower for installation on Dec. 15 at an air base in Southwest Asia. The 386th ECS Cable Maintenance shop provides command and control capabilities through installation, maintenance, fault isolation and reconstitution of fixed cable and wireless distribution systems, local area networks and wide area networks in support of tactical and strategic operations.
