SOUTHWEST ASIA -- Staff Sgt. Ryan Trandell, bottom, and Senior Airman Lakendrick Fisher, 386th Expeditionary Communication Squadron Cable and Antenna Maintenance technicians, install a Radio Over Internet Protocol (ROIP) antenna on a communications tower on Dec. 15 at an air base in Southwest Asia. The 386th ECS Cable Maintenance shop provides command and control capabilities through installation, maintenance, fault isolation and reconstitution of fixed cable and wireless distribution systems, local area networks and wide area networks in support of tactical and strategic operations.
