MANAS AIR BASE, KYRGYZSTAN -- The first grade class from St. John's Lutheran School in Oxnard, Calif., pose for a picture during an Oct. 15 field trip. As part of a class project, the students recently shipped coloring books and supplies to Kyrgyzstan, where they were delivered by Manas AB Airmen to a first grade class at the Vasilievika School in Vinogradnoye Village. Manas Airmen have adopted the school and make frequent trips to conduct improvement projects and deliver much needed supplies.
