Joint MRAP training

SOUTHWEST ASIA -- Air Force Explosive Ordinance Disposal technicians practice driving a Mine Resistant Ambush Protected Vehicle through a sand course on Sep. 4 at an air base in Southwest Asia. The MRAP training course is taught in a joint-service environment to simulate real world experiences military members will encounter while deployed to bases in the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility. The Department of Defense has purchased more than 5,200 MRAP vehicles for servicemembers. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt. Raheem Moore)
