SOUTHWEST ASIA -- Staff Sgt. Ulysses Kasinger from the 380th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron uses a Phillips head screw driver to fasten an electrical box to a wall here Sept. 2. Sergeant Kasinger is in the final stages of erecting a shack with lights and air conditioning for the lifeguards who sometimes are in over 120 degree heat protecting the troops at the pool.
