379 ECES ‘Fire Dawgs’ hone skills in midst of high ops tempo

SOUTHWEST ASIA -- Staff Sgt. James Gasaway, 379th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron Fire Department, makes his initial entry report as he, Staff Sgt. Benjamin King, and Airman Peter Beyer make their way into a smoke-filled building during an exercise here Aug. 29. The objective of the exercise was to rescue any survivors and eliminate the fire.
