SOUTHWEST ASIA -- Airman 1st Class Joseph Groce, left, and Staff Sgt. Kory Weaver were recently recognized by the Army's 4th Sustainment Brigade commander, Col. Terence Hermans, for spotting an improvised explosive device during a convoy mission to Iraq in August. Sergeant Weaver additionally received the "Eagle Eye" award, which recognizes Airmen and Soldiers who positively identify IEDs while on convoy missions.
