8/14/2008 - SATHER AIR BASE, Iraq - Private 1st Class Derek Steele, a Soldier with the 978th Military Police Company, leaves the aircraft that carried the body of fellow Soldier and friend Cpl. James Hale home from Iraq. Soldiers from the 978th MP Company and Airmen from the 447th Air Expeditionary Group gathered to provide patriot honors to Corporal Hale, who was killed July 13 in Baghdad by a roadside bomb.
