ALI BASE, Iraq -- Tech. Sgt. Clayton Schoepflin, 407th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron electrical systems, cuts insulation off of a distribution line Aug. 15, 2008. Airmen of the 407th ECES are rerouting a power supply line that will soon feed the new mini base exchange here.
