8/14/2008 - BAGHDAD, Iraq - Tech. Sgt. Don Edgar, 447th Expeditionary Civil Engineer firefighter, closes the face shield for an Iraqi firefighter as he prepares to advance on a structure fire. The Iraqi firefighter?s identities are concealed to protect them from insurgent activities. Sergeant Edgar is a New York Air National Guard Airman deployed from the 174th Fighter Wing in Syracuse. When he is not wearing his Air Force firefighter uniform, Sergeant Edgar serves as a state corrections officer. (U.S. Air Force Photo by Master Sgt. Brian Davidson)
